It all begins with an idea. Whether you need a specific size and shape building with bare bones materials, or a luxurious fully finished home office, we can create anything you can dream up.
We take care of design, permits, and construction from beginning to end. You work with our designer to come up with what you want, then we build it.
We have hundreds of options for doors, windows, finishes, flooring, and roofing. We build you a totally bespoke building that exactly fits your needs, tastes and the requirements of the site.
Design
We start with a brief conversation to estimate the general size and scope of your building. Based on that we give you an estimate with line by line details on all options and the associated costs.
Then we do a site visit to survey the site and dial in exactly what the client wants.
The last design stage is creating iterations of the building in 3d software so you can see what your building will look like
Construction
We only use advanced building materials and methods to make sure that the building has superior heating and cooling performance for insulated buildings, and market leading waterproofing and protection. Our fully finished custom buildings will in most cases have significantly superior performance to your home.
Whether permits are required or not we build everything exceeding building standards to future proof and change of use case for example from storage to an inhabited space.
As of April 2021 the maximum size of an auxiliary building that can be built without a permit is 160 square feet up from 108 square feet previously.

Midtown
This project started as a bespoke building with a unique banded front facia designed by the clients. It ended up developing into a complete backyard transformation with custom pergola and black sandstone bar.

This project had a clear purpose. To create a work space and gym in the backyard to free up space for an expanding family. The priority was the building, the rest of the backyard came next

the beaches
This project consisted of three parts, the back yard, the front yard, and a custom shed/future garage. Including plants, an outdoor fireplace, and lighting this project totally recreated the spaces.
